1. Which Apps This Applies To

This page explains how to delete your account and request deletion of your personal data across the apps published by AllXOne (as shown on the Google Play store listings): Talkians (Ella), Mimiko, Imagions, Craftiq, Xaddict and the AllXOne web platform.

This page supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which together explain how we collect, use and protect your information and the terms that apply to your use of the Services. Your deletion rights are described in the Privacy Policy, Section 10 (Your Privacy Rights) and Section 15 (Account & Data Deletion).

2. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account in one of two ways:

1. In-app (recommended): open the app, go to Settings / Profile → Account → Delete Account, and follow the prompts. Deletion is scheduled immediately and your access is removed once the process completes.
2. Online request form: sign in on this page and use the form in Section 5 below — we verify your account first, then record your request immediately.

4. What We Keep & Retention

Certain records must be retained for legal, billing, security and anti-fraud reasons:

• Purchase/transaction records — kept as required by tax and financial law (typically up to the statutory period in India, e.g. 8 years for financial records), because we must be able to account for transactions made through Google Play and our payment providers.
• Abuse / fraud / safety records — kept where needed to prevent fraud, invalid traffic or policy violations.
• Backups — data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period (typically up to 30–90 days) before being purged.
• Aggregated, anonymized analytics — kept after removal of personal identifiers for product improvement.

We process deletion requests within 30 days (usually sooner). Where data must be retained, it is restricted to the specific purpose (e.g. billing) and is not used for any other purpose.
