2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
  • Immediately notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to our Service.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

AllXOne offers both one-time credit purchases ("Packs") and recurring subscriptions for access to our AI generation tools.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, Paddle, LemonSqueezy). We do not store your full credit card details.
  • Subscriptions: By selecting a subscription plan (e.g., Weekly Pro, Monthly Ultimate), you authorize us or our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly or monthly) until cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future automated charges. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • Digital Goods: Due to the nature of API costs and digital AI generation, credits are consumed immediately upon generation. For details on refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

  • Your Inputs: You retain all rights and ownership to the text prompts, images, or documents you upload to the Service ("User Content").
  • Generated Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the AI-generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes (depending on the license tier of your purchased plan).
  • Our Platform: The AllXOne platform, branding, software, and codebase are the exclusive property of AllXOne and its licensors.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Prohibited Content: Generate, promote, or distribute any NSFW (Not Safe For Work), nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, illegal, hate speech, harassment, or non-consensual explicit material.
  • Filters: Attempt to bypass or circumvent our mandatory NSFW content filters. Our platform actively monitors and blocks the generation of prohibited content.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, or copyrights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, bypass security, or disrupt the operation of the Service or its underlying AI models.
  • Share accounts or resell the service without explicit authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules immediately and without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

AI nature: Output generated by AI models may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unpredictable. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the generated content before using it. AllXOne shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. AI Platform Integrity and Affiliation

Independent Service: AllXOne operates as an independent platform that provides a custom, user-friendly interface built on top of underlying third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.) to enhance usability and provide additional features.

No Affiliation: This platform is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators of the underlying AI models. We solely provide authorized API access through our unified workspace.
