Refund Policy

1. Mobile App Purchases (Google Play / Apple App Store)

Purchases and subscriptions in our mobile apps (Talkians, Mimiko, Imagions, Craftiq, Xaddict and the AllXOne app) are billed and processed by the store where you bought them — Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not sell app purchases directly and cannot issue, approve or deny refunds for them; the store controls all refunds under its own rules. To request a refund or cancellation of an app purchase, use the store flow where you made the purchase (e.g. Google Play order history / Apple "Report a Problem").

2. Web Purchases (allxone.com) — No Refunds

All sales on allxone.com are final. We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for web purchases, including subscriptions, AI credits and other paid features — except where we are legally required to provide a refund under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded (for example, a statutory cooling-off or cancellation right in your country). 3. Subscription Cancellation (No Further Charges)

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges — it is not a refund of amounts already paid.

• Web subscriptions: cancel at any time from your dashboard. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing cycle; no further charges are made.
• App subscriptions: cancel at any time through the store where you subscribed (Google Play / Apple App Store) or the app's subscription screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, per the store's rules.
