Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Concept

AllXOne provides digital services, specifically the generation of AI content (text, images, websites, etc.). Because generating AI content incurs high, non-recoverable computational costs via our API providers, all sales of Credit Packs and Subscriptions are generally final.

2. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a recurring subscription plan (Weekly or Monthly):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings.
  • Cancellation prevents future billing cycles.
  • You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle, but you will retain full access to your subscription benefits and credits until the end of that paid period.

3. Exceptional Refunds

While we generally do not offer refunds, we may grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis under the following technical circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: You were accidentally billed multiple times for the exact same transaction due to a system error.
  • Continuous Downtime: The service was completely inaccessible for an extended period, preventing you from using your purchased credits.
  • Unused Credits within 7 Days: If you purchased a one-time Credit Pack within the last 7 days and have consumed $0 / 0 credits, you may request a refund minus any payment gateway processing fees.

4. How to Request an Exception

If you believe you qualify for an exceptional refund based on the criteria above, you must contact our support team within 14 days of the charge.

  • The transaction ID or receipt provided by the payment gateway (e.g., Paddle, Stripe, Razorpay).
  • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
