  • Usage and Interaction Data: We collect text prompts, uploaded images, and interactions with our AI models to process your requests and return generations. Note: To comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, inputs and outputs are automatically scanned by mandatory safety filters to detect and prevent NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, device types, and browser information for analytics and security tracking.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and secure the AllXOne AI generation services.
  • To process transactions, manage subscriptions, and send billing receipts.
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions or unauthorized account access.
  • To improve our models, user experience, and customer support.
  • AI Training: Unless you explicitly opt in, we do not use your private personal data generated on our platform to train public foundation models.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate our business:

  • Payment Processors: For billing, fraud prevention, and subscription management (e.g., Stripe, Paddle, Razorpay).
  • AI API Partners: Text prompts and images are securely transmitted to our backend AI API providers to generate your requests.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Database hosting and server infrastructure (e.g., Supabase, Cloudflare).

These providers are strictly bound by confidentiality agreements and data processing addendums.
